Together with two other men, the Belgian committed in April 2013, the spectacular and brutal attack on the Luxembourg G4S headquarters. He and his two accomplices were then heavily armed in the area penetrated in Gasperich, with explosives they gained access to a depot. On their escape to Belgium they took machine guns, the Luxembourg police under attack.
A year later, special units of the Belgian police seized the three in Charleroi and Liege – and later delivered them to Luxembourg. The trial began in February 2016, and on January 25, 2018, the verdict finally became final: 22 years imprisonment for each of the three criminals – for attempted murder, trade in weapons, ammunition and explosives, and armed gang robbery.
